Home Staging Consultation & Recommendations
Our Consultation & Recommendation service provides immediate, one-on-one feedback and specific recommendations to prepare a home for the quickest, most profitable sale! Perfect for clients who have a hands-on approach, our verbal consultations provide comprehensive and objective advice that is easy to follow for top dollar and a quick sale. We will provide detailed, step-by-step guidance for clients preparing their home to go on the market.
Owner-Occupied Home Staging
Our Owner-Occupied Home Staging Service is designed to help implement the Design and Staging Plan previously provided to strategically enhance your home’s best selling features and focal points. Making sure that your home is picture perfect for listing photos and ready to shine for an open house what we do best!
Styling for Home Staging
Photo and Open House Styling is available for existing clients who are living in their “staged to sell” home and need additional sprucing prior to having professional photos taken or an open house. Accessories (decor, artwork, plants, etc.) can be rented to enhance the photos or open house.
Interior Decorating
Spruce Designs Company believes beautiful design can be achieved with any budget! Whether you are looking to refresh one room or an entire home, we will collaborate with you to meld decor with your lifestyle and personality. For a refresh, we artfully use what you already own in fresh new ways by incorporating aesthetically pleasing interior decorating techniques. We strive to make the decorating process creative, efficient, and fun! We create thoughtful updates to modernize a space and provide guidance to produce an environment that is beautiful, comfortable and a reflection of you. This is achieved by making recommendations on layout and color palette, as well as by selecting essential purchases, such as furniture, lighting, accessories, and art. We will coordinate the purchase, delivery, and placement of each piece.
Renovation & Materials Consultation
Are you a homeowner who needs help refreshing dated finishes or a property investor who loves to find, fix and flip homes, and need help developing a cohesive concept and design plan? Spruce Designs Company can help you select and source lighting, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, paint and more.
We work with numerous vendors which gives you access to a variety of new, antique, and unique products. Once items have been selected, we facilitate the purchase, delivery and installation of each piece.
During construction we communicate frequently with the builder to coordinate the selection of products with the construction schedule. Price is determined by square footage and scope of work.
